Editions
Artists regularly produce limited editions for the Kunstmuseen Krefeld. By acquiring one such special edition, you will be actively supporting the museum’s work. Our latest edition comes courtesy of the photographer and designer Volker Döhne. The three photographs, which can also be seen in the exhibition Seeker and Finder, illustrate how the grey of the prolonged post-war period was broken up by brightly colored cars. Private cars, painted in garish hues, appear on the country’s road – almost like UFOs. The photographs were published in a print run of 12.
